Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall process performance. If you enjoy problem-solving, process optimization, and working in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and standardized processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow guidelines.
- Monitor process performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance turnaround time and quality.
- Support automation initiatives and operational excellence projects.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related domains.

- Experience with workflow optimization, process mapping, and SOP creation.
- Ability to work with data and derive actionable operational insights.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
