Role: IT Support / Network Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support / Network Support Engineer to join our growing team in a fully remote position based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and solid knowledge of networking and IT support environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote technical support for infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and end-user issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and document service requests, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
  • Support IT services, connectivity, telephony, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing business needs.


Technical Skills & Requirements:


  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT support processes.
  • Familiarity with support tools, remote troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, SonicWall, or ConnectWise environments is highly valued.
  • Strong typing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites if required.
  • Certifications are a plus but not mandatory: Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, Citrix CCEA/CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, ConnectWise CCPA, or LabTech LTCP.
