Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and end-user issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and document service requests, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
- Support IT services, connectivity, telephony, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a fast-paced support environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT support processes.
- Familiarity with support tools, remote troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, SonicWall, or ConnectWise environments is highly valued.
- Strong typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites if required.
- Certifications are a plus but not mandatory: Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, Citrix CCEA/CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, ConnectWise CCPA, or LabTech LTCP.
