- 10+ years of IT leadership experience managing infrastructure, support operations, vendors, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven success leading digital transformation projects involving cloud technologies, automation, AI tools, or data platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and risk management best practices.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams with a strong business and ROI-focused mindset.
