Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our growing hiring team. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process for remote positions across multiple industries.

As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping businesses identify qualified talent while ensuring candidates have a positive and professional hiring experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are interested in long-term growth within recruitment, staffing, HR operations, or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound recruiting calls and candidate outreach activities daily.

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job qualifications and communication skills.
• Explain job responsibilities, compensation, schedules, and hiring processes to applicants.

• Maintain organized candidate records within CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Follow recruitment workflows, hiring targets, and communication standards.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future openings.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and hiring coordination tasks.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform additional administrative and recruiting-related duties as assigned.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
