As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping businesses identify qualified talent while ensuring candidates have a positive and professional hiring experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are interested in long-term growth within recruitment, staffing, HR operations, or talent acquisition.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls and candidate outreach activities daily.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job qualifications and communication skills.
  • Explain job responsibilities, compensation, schedules, and hiring processes to applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized candidate records within CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Follow recruitment workflows, hiring targets, and communication standards.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future openings.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and hiring coordination tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform additional administrative and recruiting-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and internet connection required.
  • Previous recruiting, customer service, HR, call center, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM systems is a plus.
