About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Interviewer specializing in Mern Stack Development to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn income by conducting technical interviews remotely. As an interviewer, your primary responsibility will be to assess the technical skills and expertise of candidates applying for Mern Stack Developer roles, ensuring they meet the required standards set by our client companies. You will operate independently, schedule interviews at your convenience within designated time slots, and provide valuable insights to facilitate the hiring process. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Mern Stack technologies who are looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible, remote environment while earning additional income.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mern Stack Developer with a solid understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in technical interviewing or assessment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to evaluate technical skills accurately and provide constructive feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for conducting interviews.

• Conduct remote technical interviews for candidates applying for Mern Stack Developer positions.

• Coordinate interview schedules flexibly within the designated time frames, primarily between 6 AM and 12 AM on weekdays and weekends.
• Ensure a professional and respectful interview environment, adhering to the platform’s standards and guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Mern Stack development to enhance interview quality.
• Participate in brief onboarding calls and portal training sessions to understand platform functionalities and expectations.
