Assist with daily reporting and inventory tracking
Conduct competitor research and maintain insights repositories

Role: E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Location: Remote | Full-Time

Package: $1200-1500month


Our client is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to drive operational excellence across their ecommerce and marketing function. This is a full-time remote role, working closely with the CMO and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, coordination, and performance across all digital channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will serve as the operational backbone of the ecommerce and marketing team. You will take ownership of Shopify backend execution, cross-functional project management, and daily team coordination. The role requires someone highly proactive, detail-oriented, and structured—capable of managing workflows, leading team syncs, and ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently without constant oversight.


Key Responsibilities

Shopify Backend Management

  • Own day-to-day Shopify operations including PDP updates, collections, banners, discount codes, and promotions
  • Ensure site accuracy and readiness for campaigns at all times
  • Proactively flag inventory risks that may impact performance

Product Page Optimization (PDP)

  • Execute PDP improvements including imagery, product content, and categorization
  • Manage website banners and announcement bars
  • Support CRO initiatives such as filtering enhancements and mobile UI updates

Project Management & Team Coordination

  • Own execution timelines across all ecommerce and marketing initiatives
  • Lead weekly team syncs and track deliverables across content, design, and development
  • Manage internal trackers and hiring pipelines

Ecommerce Tools & Review Management

  • Oversee ecommerce tools including Aftersell, Impact, and Okendo
  • Conduct monthly performance audits and optimizations

Content Distribution & Community Management

  • Manage daily content distribution across YouTube and Pinterest
  • Oversee community engagement including Meta comment moderation
  • Support customer service workflows using AI tools

Reporting & Competitive Analysis

  • Assist with daily reporting and inventory tracking
  • Conduct competitor research and maintain insights repositories


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Shopify backend operations (Shopify Plus preferred)
  • Strong experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
  • High technical aptitude with exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage workflows independently and drive execution without constant supervision


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Figma, Excel, and Notion
  • Background in CRO or ecommerce optimization
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (Canva, Higgsfield, etc.)
  • Experience managing affiliate programs (Impact platform)
  • Exposure to YouTube and Pinterest content distribution
