What Will You Do
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team
- Drive integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social, develop and maintain brand identity and creative direction
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing, media and executive stakeholders
- Manage budgets, resources and production processes
- Mentor and develop team capability
