Job Title: AI-Native Product Owner & Designer

Location: Remote (Spain Only)

Type: Full-time, 40-hour workweek

Timezone: Europe-based with overlap with early Pacific Time (PST)


Role Summary:

We are hiring a hybrid Product Owner and Product Designer who acts as the strategic "brain" of the product. In this role, you are the product-side partner to our Product Engineers.

While the engineers are the builders (highly technical, AI-native, and full-stack), you are their counterpart: the person who deeply understands the customer’s pain points, defines the product logic, designs the user experience, and owns the final outcome. You don't need to be a coder, but you must be AI-native - using AI tools to understand technical constraints, prototype at lightning speed, and analyze data flows.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Own multiple initiatives from ideation to launch. Translate vague customer problems into structured product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
  • UX/UI Design: Design intuitive and polished product experiences using our existing design system. You will create the flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that define how the product feels.
  • Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with a team of Product Engineers. You provide the "What" and "Why" (requirements and UX), while they own the "How" (technical implementation).
  • AI-Native Workflow: Masterfully use AI-native design and product tools (such as Lovable, Claude, Google Stitch, Antigravity) to rapidly explore, refine, and communicate product ideas.
  • Metrics & Success: Define KPIs for every feature. Track adoption, analyze user behavior data, and drive continuous improvement based on real-world usage.
  • Technical Judgment: Use AI tools to understand code structure and product logic well enough to make informed trade-off decisions and collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Conduct customer discovery and internal interviews to ensure product decisions are grounded in business outcomes and user needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile (Requirements):

  • Hybrid Experience: A strong background in Product Ownership or Product Management with a natural talent and some experience in UI/UX design.
  • Product Sense: Exceptional judgment regarding what should be built to create maximum customer value and commercial success.
  • AI-First Mindset: A passion for using AI to move 10x faster across research, prototyping, documentation, and analysis.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to go deep into edge cases, permissions, data flows, and operational realities.
  • Clarity & Communication: Able to bring structure to ambiguity and keep multiple initiatives moving forward without sacrificing quality.
