Responsibilities:

- Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using company dialer and CRM systems.
- Communicate professionally with leads and explain appointment details clearly.
- Follow approved scripts and outreach workflows consistently.
- Schedule appointments directly into internal calendar and booking systems.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead activity.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and scheduling goals.
- Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up communication with leads and prospects.
- Perform additional support and outreach tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone required.
- Previous experience in customer support, call center operations, telemarketing, or sales preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and structured communication processes effectively.
