About the Role

Note: Only Candidates from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We are seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) and AI-readiness frameworks using Reltio, Informatica, and MCP-based integration patterns.

This role will lead the architecture of modern MDM programs that unify business data, enrich metadata context, and enable real-time, agentic intelligence across cloud and on-premise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of multi-domain MDM and metadata architectures using Reltio and Informatica.
• Define MCP-based data contracts and semantic layers connecting master data, metadata, and AI agents.
• Architect data governance, lineage, and metadata frameworks to enable AI-ready and context-aware data.
• Establish blueprints for data mastering, identity resolution, survivorship, and context propagation.
• Drive delivery of MDM modernization initiatives with geographically distributed teams.

• Translate business challenges into scalable, governed enterprise data architectures.
• Oversee implementation quality, design reviews, and metadata alignment across programs.
• Mentor data engineers and consultants on modern data architecture and MDM best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, governance teams, and AI stakeholders to align architecture with data strategy.
• Evangelize Model Context Protocol (MCP) usage to integrate structured and unstructured data.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and accelerators across governance, observability, and AI orchestrationlayers.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, with at least 4+ years in MDM design and delivery.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, and metadata-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Reltio MDM (or equivalent enterprise MDM platforms).
• Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-domain data programs.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data integration and system modernization.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures or contextual integration patterns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to data fabric, MCP-based integration, or AI-readiness frameworks.
• Experience leading architecture workshops, design reviews, and governance forums.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across business, IT, and AI strategy teams in matrixed environments.
• Experience mentoring and scaling architecture and data engineering teams.
