Location: Tokyo (Full remote work)

Starting Salary Range: 6.000.000 ~ 9.000.000 JPY

Japanese level required: Advanced

This role is ideal for engineers who want to go beyond “app development” and work on complex, real-world multimedia systems that directly impact enterprise and consumer users.

📌 What you’ll work on

• Development of iOS apps for cloud video recording services

• New applications using AI video analysis and GPS data

• UI/UX design for tablet and mobile experiences

• Video viewer optimization for large-scale camera deployments

• Continuous improvement, maintenance, and feature expansion

✅ MUST Requirements

• 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift

• Experience maintaining and improving mobile applications with cross-functional teams

• Experience in continuous product/service development

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to proactively drive solutions

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying challenges

➕ Nice to have

• Experience as Tech Lead / PM / Product Manager

• Agile development experience (Scrum, PO, SM)

• UI architecture/design experience

• Video streaming (WebRTC / HLS) or media apps (AVPlayer)

• Knowledge of video codecs (H.264 / AV1)

• IoT / Bluetooth / sensor-based app development

• XCTest / unit testing experience

• SwiftUI / declarative UI development
