VentureFizz is the leading community website & search firm focused on the Boston tech industry. We help fast growing tech companies with hiring for strategic & high impact roles in Product Management.


VentureFizz has been engaged by a high-growth digital AI agency to help them find a Senior Product Manager.


This profitable agency works with clients throughout the full product lifecycle, partnering with leading brands, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth startups. As a Senior PM, you will lead 2-3 client engagements at a time from initial concept to launch. Since the agency is AI-first, this is a unique opportunity to gain experience with a wide variety of cutting-edge technical challenges and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and leading weekly demos and prioritization sessions.
  • Product Definition: Research markets and translate a client’s vision into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with design and engineering to ensure projects are launched on track and within scope.
  • Strategic Growth: Support sales by scoping new proposals and identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience across various technology platforms. AI experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Structured Thinker: Experience working with external customers to unpack complex challenges and build methodical, data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent Communicator: A proven track record of managing stakeholders with confidence and handling all types of conversations.
  • Execution-Focused: Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and keep all parties aligned and on track.
  • Location: 100% remote (EST preferred) with a preference for candidates in the Boston area.
