Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a learning-focused organization and help design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, concepts, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, researchers, and senior designers
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, scalable design solutions
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards
• Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (required)
• Experience designing for internal-facing platforms or enterprise tools
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and Agile teams
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital/Product Design, or related field preferred

Role details:

• 100% Remote (US – Onshore only)
• Contract duration : 4 months of contract duration
• Pay range: $50–$55/hour
• One position may focus on dashboard and reporting design
