We are seeking a talented and dedicated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. This role is integral to developing and maintaining advanced enterprise web applications that support our business and operational objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and management, to create innovative solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Initially, this position is based remotely in India, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global logistics leader. After a successful probation period of approximately 12 months, there may be opportunities for relocation to Dubai or Oman to support onsite deployment and system rollouts. The Web Developer will play a key role in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and industry best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in full-stack web development, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases and experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN are essential. Familiarity with web server technologies like Apache or Nginx is required, along with a fundamental grasp of the software development lifecycle and UI/UX principles. Candidates should have experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management. Knowledge of system testing, automated testing practices, and OCR frameworks will be considered advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in related fields is mandatory. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a keen interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative research to solve complex business challenges. Willingness to relocate and adapt to the Middle Eastern working environment is also required.

Additionally, the role may involve participating in system testing, automated testing, and assisting with infrastructure setup in cloud environments.
