Key Responsibilities
Build and manage sophisticated email drip campaigns and automated workflows from the ground up.

Perform rigorous QA on all campaigns and flows prior to launch to ensure strategy alignment, deliverability, and audience targeting.
Serve as the PM bridge between Strategy, Operations, and Creative teams; documenting changes in Figma and driving accountability via Slack.
Assist with weekly campaign performance reporting using established dashboards to track reach and engagement.
Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including basic HTML troubleshooting and monitoring API integrations where necessary.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a technically proficient and highly organized Email Marketing Coordinator to join our lifecycle team. This role is a 60/20/20 split between technical campaign building, rigorous QA, and marketing project management. You won't just be hitting "send"; you will be the owner of complex drip campaigns and workflows, ensuring every A/B test and automation is executed flawlessly. If you are a CRM power user who enjoys working across Strategy, Brand, and Creative teams—and you have a "detective’s eye" for QA—this is the opportunity to own the end-to-end email lifecycle for a high-growth brand.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign & Workflow Building (60%): Build and manage sophisticated email drip campaigns and automated workflows from the ground up.
  • A/B Testing & Creative Updates: Update copy and creative within existing automations to power continuous performance testing.
  • Technical Quality Assurance (20%): Perform rigorous QA on all campaigns and flows prior to launch to ensure strategy alignment, deliverability, and audience targeting.
  • Project Management (20%): Serve as the PM bridge between Strategy, Operations, and Creative teams; documenting changes in Figma and driving accountability via Slack.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist with weekly campaign performance reporting using established dashboards to track reach and engagement.
  • Technical Maintenance: Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including basic HTML troubleshooting and monitoring API integrations where necessary.


What You Bring

  • CRM Expertise: 3+ years of advanced experience working within a major Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM platform.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle Experience: Proven track record of managing the entire email marketing process from build to deployment.
  • Marketing PM Skills: 1+ years of experience in project management specifically within a marketing function.
  • Data Literacy: Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, lookups, and formulas for reporting.
  • Communication & Tools: Proficiency in Slack for internal communications and a process-oriented mindset for documenting workflows.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience with Iterable (This is a huge plus!).
  • You are comfortable using Figma as a project management and documentation tool.
  • You have experience with Tableau for data visualization.
  • You possess competency with HTML and understanding API integrations.
