Monthly salary: $3,000 - $4,000 USD

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Product Manager who can translate signals from the field into a clear, well-prioritized roadmap and who understands that data is as much a product capability as any feature we ship.

They are at an inflection point. Their product is live and working, customers are telling them what they need, and the engineering team is building rapidly. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, technical fluency, and commercial judgment.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the strategic bridge between our customers and engineering team. Discern customer needs from discovery sessions, extract actionable product insights, and bring the customer’s into every roadmap decision.
  • Own the product roadmap end-to-end, working directly with the CEO and CTO to define high-impact features and determine sequencing, tradeoffs, and priorities
  • Own our data strategy at the product level. Develop a deep understanding of the data we ingest, the data we currently use, and the data we have not yet unlocked, and drive decisions about how to leverage it more effectively
  • Identify new data sources, partnerships, and internal signals that support ongoing product development
  • Write complete feature proposals covering problem framing, user stories and success metrics, and translate them into clear, accurate technical requirements.
  • Manage engineering timelines for active development work. Track progress, clear blockers, and ensure features ship on time and to spec

What you bring:

  • 5 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-driven platforms
  • Strong data fluency. You can query a database, read a schema, and have an informed conversation with a data scientist about what is possible
  • Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate qualitative insight into product decisions, not just feature lists
  • Experience writing detailed product specs and requirements that engineers can act on without hand-holding
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity. You can set direction when the path is not fully clear and course-correct as you learn.
  • Strong project management instincts. You know how to hold a timeline without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Your proposals are clear, persuasive, and free of fluff.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the financial services, small business economy or other related sectors
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product development and how to think about model outputs as a product surface
  • Experience at a seed or Series A company where you have had to build product process from scratch
  • Prior exposure to third-party data partnerships, API integrations, or data licensing agreements

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage, shaping product strategy and data-driven decision-making from the ground up.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.

*Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
