About the Role

As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the team that builds the brand. This isn't just a hiring role — it's a people strategy role. You'll shape culture, drive employer branding, and ensure we always bring in people who are as passionate about wellness and growth as we are.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain
• Partnering with leadership to define talent needs and workforce planning
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & campus drives

• Conducting structured interviews and leading offer negotiations
• Building and managing a high-quality talent pipeline — always hire-ready
• Owning onboarding to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience
• Driving employer brand initiatives to position VeriWell as a top D2C workplace
• Tracking hiring metrics and reporting to leadership

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of core Talent Acquisition / HR experience
• Exposure to D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or startup hiring preferred

Required Skills

• Skilled at sourcing beyond job boards — you find talent others miss
• Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in ATS tools & LinkedIn Recruiter
• High ownership, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Kota, Rajasthan or open to relocation
