Operating as a globally distributed team across multiple regions including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the Philippines, the company focuses on delivering efficient, collaborative cloud solutions for the accounting industry.
2. About the Opportunity:
The People Operations Manager will lead the design and management of the end-to-end People Operations and Talent Acquisition operational systems. The role is central to optimizing hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes across six countries by embedding AI-driven workflows and automation. This position directly impacts the efficiency and scalability of People Operations, reducing manual intervention while maintaining compliance and enhancing the employee experience.
3. Responsibilities:
• Architect and enhance AI-embedded People Ops and Talent Acquisition workflows across employee lifecycle and recruiting.
• Develop AI agents to automate routine operational tasks including onboarding, compliance, offer letters, scheduling, and employee inquiries.
• Manage multi-country HR compliance using AI to monitor risks and regulatory updates.
• Build AI-driven reporting and analytics for real-time People and Talent Acquisition insights.
• Oversee integrated HRIS, ATS, and People tech stacks with a focus on AI readiness and API integration.
• Support Talent Acquisition through AI tools focused on forecasting, data integrity, and reporting.

• Administer benefits and vendor management for the US entity using AI to streamline processes.
• Enhance employee experience by anticipating and resolving lifecycle friction points with AI workflows.
• Lead AI-centric process documentation and knowledge management across People Operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal on AI-augmented cross-functional operations.
• Coach the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and automation.
• Ensure AI governance compliance and ethical use in handling sensitive employee and candidate data.
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years in People Operations or HR Ops with leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments supporting global, multi-entity People functions.
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows managing real operational tasks.
• Proficiency with APIs, integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.), and prompt engineering.

• Ability to redesign operations with a strong preference for automation over increased headcount.

• Understanding of HR compliance across jurisdictions with sound judgment on AI and human task ownership.
• Data fluency in building dashboards and interpreting hiring funnel metrics.
