Collaborate with QA and development teams during testing and implementation phases
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Ensure requirements traceability and proper documentation management

  • Analyze Life Insurance business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in Life Insurance domain
  • Strong understanding of policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, billing, and insurance operations
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital insurance platforms or policy administration systems
  • Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus
