Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PPC and SEO strategies aligned with business and lead generation goals
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, including content optimization, site structure, indexing, and link-building strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on experience in PPC and SEO
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and improving organic search performance
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization principles
  • Experience with technical SEO, including site structure, indexing, page speed optimization, and crawlability
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, along with basic UX and conversion optimization principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance-driven campaigns focused on ROI and growth
  • Experience working with international or remote teams is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is preferred, but not required
