About the Job


We’re hiring a Recruitment & Hiring Ops Specialist with Generalist HR to help us find, screen, and coordinate great remote talent for a growing anime-inspired jewelry and accessories company. Our main hiring funnel today is Upwork, but we also want someone who can help us set up and grow additional recruiting sources, especially LinkedIn, plus platforms like groups, job boards, referrals, and niche communities. The main focus of this role is recruitment: writing and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and improving how we evaluate talent. You’ll also support the broader HR Generalist side of the business, including payroll coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and policy building. Requirements


  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good judgment on candidate quality
  • Proven experience hiring for remote roles using Upwork for hiring, recruiting, sourcing, or candidate screening
  • Comfortable helping set up or improve LinkedIn as a recruiting channel
  • Able to manage multiple hiring pipelines without losing track of details
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, documentation, and process work
  • Experience with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook groups, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, HR systems, or ATS tools is a plus


Nice to Have
