The role
We are looking for Freelance Senior Creatives (up to three people) to join our MENA team for the upcoming reporting season. This is a remote role running from September 2026 through February–March 2027.
This is a conceptual lead role where you will be responsible for taking complex business and regulatory narratives and turning them into world-class visual stories.
Start: Sept/October 2026
Duration: initially 2-3 months, but with the option to extend
Location: Remote - MENA region, South Asia or South Africa preferred for GST time zone alignment
Contract type: Freelance
What you’ll be doing in this role
- Develop design concepts for annual and ESG reports, balancing the client branding with strict regulatory requirements
- Interpret complex narratives to create cohesive visual journeys that engage varying stakeholder audiences
- Confidently present creative routes and design logic to senior stakeholders. You will navigate feedback, influence C-suite decision-makers and provide expert counsel on best practices
- Partner with Client Services, Creatives, Consultants and Production teams
- Own the lifecycle from the idea to the final creative output, ensuring the core concept remains intact throughout the document

- Proven experience delivering large annual reports in a senior creative capacity. You understand the flow of a report, and how to make data look beautiful without compromising integrity
- Strong client-facing skills. You will need to be able to articulate creative choices, handle feedback with a cool head and act as a strategic partner
- Demonstrable experience in both high-level creative ideation and hands-on design development
- Regional nuance would be a bonus. Experience in the Middle East is a significant advantage. We’re looking for creatives who understand the market, the pace and cultural context of the region
