Cloud Technical Support Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Troubleshooting technical issues across a broad spectrum of cloud products.

• Solve customer cases through telephone, email, and web/live chat, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques.

• Dive deep into the root cause of issues to provide tailored solutions for customers.

• Potentially coach/mentor new hires, develop training, or partner with development teams on complex issues.

• Participate in hiring, write tools/scripts to aid the team, or work on process improvements.

• Handle on-call responsibilities and work flexibly, occasionally on weekends, on a rotational basis.

What You'll Need

• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a requirement.

• A Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in system administration and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with best practices for applications, servers, and networks.

• Experience in one or more of the following: Big Data, DevOps, Security, Systems Administration, software development, or cloud technology.

• Legal right to work in Germany.
