The Senior Product Data Analyst uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to develop new insights, enhance understanding of business performance and drive decision making. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, financial models, and advanced statistical models, as well as data scrubbing, validation, and manipulation in support of our Property Product Team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034

Primary Accountabilities
- You will conduct accurate and timely business analysis and reporting to support and drive business decisions using statistical modeling and other business analysis tools.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.
- You will collaborate with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
- Builds and maintains models used to project business results; enhances the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
- You will ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers and provides insights into performance trends.
- You will analyze and address data quality issues, tests and analyzes impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.
- You will develop, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
- You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated strong experience utilizing data tools to build complex formulas and create reports.
- Understanding of software tools to query and report data.
- Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing data sets.
- Travel requirements up to 10%.
