Looking for a strong Lead Kafka Developer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka/Confluent Kafka.

• Lead Kafka implementation initiatives and real-time architecture design
• Build scalable real-time data streaming solutions and REST APIs
• Drive Kafka performance tuning and architecture improvements
• Guide and support a team of developers on Kafka implementation

🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka

• Real-time streaming / CDC experience
• 3+ years of Kafka architecture and design experience
