- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of multi‑state payroll experience (union experience preferred)
- 2+ years of people leadership
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi‑state payroll regulations
- Experience with CBAs and union payroll rules strongly preferred
- Experience processing payroll for 1K plus employees
- Proficiency with major HCM/ERP systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Microsoft 365)
