About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should possess relevant experience in software development, quality assurance, or related fields. A solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others is essential. Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server is required to perform effective testing and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills, particularly in root-cause analysis, are vital for diagnosing issues accurately. The candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines. Additionally, willingness to relocate to EST and CST time zones is necessary to align with project requirements. Prior experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Apache JMeter, Cypress, Postman, Katalon, BrowserStack, PlayWright, Puppeteer, and SoapUI will be considered advantageous.

• Devise and implement comprehensive test strategies that evaluate all aspects of software applications, including functionality, performance, and security.
• Investigate and recreate reported defects to determine root causes and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
