Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Resourcer

Hyrra is a specialist recruitment firm supporting manufacturing, packaging, automation, and industrial businesses across the UK and North America. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Resourcer to support delivery across a range of technical, operational, and commercial searches.



This role will initially focus heavily on candidate sourcing and recruitment delivery, working closely with senior consultants and leadership to identify, engage, and qualify high-quality talent across the UK and US markets. There is a clear progression path into a full Account Manager / 360 recruitment role for the right individual.



What You’ll Be Doing


  • Sourcing and engaging candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and outbound outreach
  • Supporting live recruitment projects across manufacturing, packaging, engineering, and commercial roles
  • Conducting candidate qualification calls and initial interviews
  • Writing candidate summaries and supporting shortlisting processes
  • Managing pipelines and CRM activity
  • Working closely with leadership on US and UK recruitment campaigns
  • Learning business development and client management processes with progression into a client-facing role



What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum 1 year experience within recruitment, talent sourcing, or staffing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools preferred
  • Interest in long-term progression into account management / full-cycle recruitment
