Full-Stack Engineer – Olly Olly

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Olly Olly, you'll join a talented and driven team of engineers working to elevate the Olly Olly App to new heights. This multi-platform application features a clean, intuitive UI and a seamless user experience, built to simplify and supercharge marketing efforts through automation and AI.

With the Olly Olly App, our clients can easily schedule social media posts weeks in advance, manage and monitor their Google Business Profiles, automate review responses, and consolidate lead sources—all from one powerful platform.

In this role, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, bringing your engineering expertise to bear from planning through production. Your knowledge of front-end frameworks, data structures, algorithms, architectural design, code reviews, and debugging will contribute to the success of our team and product.

🚀 The Impact You'll Have

• Build and enhance a multi-platform product used daily by small business owners, primarily built on Flutter and Dart.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications with performance and user experience in mind.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, well-documented, and easy-to-understand code.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and deploy high-quality features.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.
  
  

✅ What We Really Need From You

• 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (such as Vue, React, Angular, or similar), with a strong grasp of component-based architecture and UI development patterns. Experience with Flutter is a plus, but not required; we value strong front-end fundamentals and the ability to ramp up on new technologies.
• Comfortable working across the stack, including back-end APIs and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for a remote and asynchronous work culture.
