The Role: Marketing Account Manager
This is not a task-based coordinator role.
This is a strategic relationship position.
As a Marketing Account Manager, you are the primary relationship owner for your assigned advisor clients. You will guide marketing strategy, oversee execution, ensure deliverables are completed, and drive results.
You will act as both consultant and operator, helping clients implement marketing plans that actually move the needle for their firms.

- Lead client relationships via email, Zoom, and phone
- Develop and manage monthly marketing strategies and calendars
- Oversee content creation, email marketing, editing, compliance approvals, and deployment
- Provide strategic marketing recommendations
- Monitor SEO performance and keyword rankings
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Push clients to execute and follow best practices
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities
- Ensure a high client retention experience
Depending on the client, you may manage structured deliverables or build custom marketing strategies from scratch.
Required Experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Strategist
- Strong professional communication skills
- Experience in email marketing, social media, and lead generation
- Experience overseeing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategy
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience using AI to improve workflow and efficiency
- Comfort solving complex issues primarily via email
- Financial services experience is a strong plus
- Zoom and phone availability required
