About You
- Have experience leading a team of 10+ QA manual and automation engineers
- Understand processes for implementing and delivering web applications efficiently
- Have experience working with BDD (tests written by manual QAs, and automated by AQAs)
- Have strong hands-on experience with Python test automation
- Have a desire to improve things when you see the possibility
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and best practices
It would be cool if you also
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS)
- Have experience with security testing
- Have experience with performance testing
Your tasks will mainly be
- Leading and mentoring QA engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
- Driving improvements in automation practices, test coverage, and overall quality standards
- Developing and maintaining automated UI tests (Playwright)
- Expanding API test coverage. Start your response with "net"Â

- Working closely with manual QA Engineers, Developers, PMs, and DevOps Engineers
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and shaping QA best practices when needed

Is it a monthly fixed-priced or hourly-based payment? - Monthly fixed-priced
Do you hire people for several months? - No, it's a long-term position (can be 5+ years)
What tools do you use? - Mainly Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Gsuite, Tempo, Lucidchart, PeopleForce
What rate will I have? - We usually ask for a desirable rate and then offer a position to people who have the best rate/ skills ratio. Over time, your rate will increase with good performance
Do you provide laptops/ devices? - For now, no. This is considered by management in 2026
Is there a min/ max hours limit for a month? - We're looking for full-time candidates, so preferably not less than 160h per month
What language do you use? - English/ Ukrainian/ rus is used for communication. English - for documentation, tickets, test cases, etc.
