Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise Windows-based server infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Windows environments across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Windows Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
- Ensure stability, availability, and performance of server infrastructure
- Perform system hardening and standard configuration management
2. Active Directory & Identity Management
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments
- Configure and support Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Manage user access, authentication, and directory services

3. Patch & System Management
- Perform regular patching and updates for Windows servers
- Ensure systems are compliant with security policies
- Monitor and resolve system vulnerabilities and issues
4. Virtualization & Infrastructure
- Manage virtualization platforms such as:
VMware
Hyper-V
- Support virtual machine provisioning, optimization, and maintenance
5. Backup & Recovery
- Manage backup solutions and ensure data protection
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution
- Ensure system recoverability and business continuity

6. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Troubleshoot Windows server issues and incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
7. Security & Compliance
- Ensure Windows infrastructure complies with security standards
- Apply best practices for system security and access control
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong experience as a Windows Administrator / Windows Engineer
- Deep expertise in Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization
- Experience in patch management and system updates
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
