Senior Payroll Specialist

I’m currently supporting a client with the search for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their international payroll operations team. This is a fully remote position focused on end-to-end in-house payroll processing for the Czech Republic.

We’re specifically looking for candidates with:

• Strong end-to-end payroll experience
• Hands-on experience with Helios
• Solid knowledge of Czech payroll legislation and compliance
• Experience using payroll systems such as Helios, SAP, Excel/Google Sheets

• Fluent English communication skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing full end-to-end payroll in-house
• Managing statutory filings, approvals, payments, and compliance
• Payroll reconciliations and data integrity checks
