Job Description:

We are looking for Dynamics ERP Trainer: Mandate skill will be SCM or Finance ( MBA +BE) will be well and good otherwise MBA with Specialization in SCM or Finance.

Sharing some important details regarding the Trainer role:

• Travel is a mandatory part of this role. The candidate will be required to travel outside Bangalore for corporate training sessions in a month for max. of 2 weeks .
• The role involves a mix of both online and offline training sessions within a month.
• Expenses related to travel, food, and accommodation will be reimbursed by the company as per policy.
• The candidate may also be required to train UK and USA clients. We do have dedicated trainers for these regions; however, in case of business requirements, the candidate should be flexible to support.
• This may occasionally require working in night shifts, though it will not be daily.
• In case you come across a strong candidate who is not open to relocation but is comfortable with travel, we can consider providing location flexibility based on the candidate’s profile.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong technical and business foundation, looking to grow into a strategic training role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging technical training sessions — both in-person and virtually — to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Design and develop training content, labs, and assessments based on business and technology requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to draft course proposals aligned with customer needs and current market trends.

• Assist in training and onboarding of other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure quality delivery of training programs.

• Create immersive lab-based sessions using diagrams, real-world scenarios, videos, and interactive exercises.

• Develop instructor guides, certification frameworks, learner assessments, and delivery aids to support end-to-end training delivery.

• Integrate hands-on project-based learning into courses to simulate practical environments and deepen understanding.

• Support the interpersonal and facilitation aspects of training — fostering an inclusive, engaging, and productive learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred but Not Mandatory: MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

• MB-920: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)

• PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

• 1+ year of hands-on experience or academic exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex CRM or ERP concepts for diverse audiences.
