In this role, you’ll take complex workflows and transform them into seamless, engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring thoughtful, impactful design solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Translate user needs and business goals into engaging design solutions
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design across the product lifecycle
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual design expertise
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of usability principles and user research methodologies
- Experience designing for complex workflows and data-driven applications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
