Why this role matters

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, Greece, you'll accelerate Missions pipeline growth and brand leadership in Greece by developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, integrated communications, public affairs, and sales enablement that position ICEYE as the sovereign ISR partner of choice for Greek defense decision-makers and institutional stakeholders. You will own and execute the full spectrum of marketing, communications, and public affairs activities for ICEYE Greece, serving as the local engine for brand, narrative, and stakeholder engagement.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI across PR, events, digital, social media, and thought leadership in Greece.
• Localize global messaging to resonate with the Greek market while overseeing media relations, press office operations, and local social media presence.
• Lead the planning and execution of strategic events, trade shows, customer workshops, and engagement visits to ensure strong brand presence.
• Develop and manage relationships with key institutional, governmental, and industry stakeholders, supporting engagement with national defense ministries, NATO, and EU bodies.
• Design a comprehensive communications strategy and build thought leadership positioning for ICEYE and its key executives in Greece.
• Develop localized sales enablement materials, briefings, and tools tailored to Greek defense and intelligence audiences.
• Build and execute trade and channel co-marketing initiatives with local partners, integrators, and industry associations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and communications to align campaigns and report on performance.

Must Have

What we're looking for

• At least 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2G environment, specifically with campaigns in the defense, government, or public sector.
• Native or near-native fluency in Greek, alongside fluency in business English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of proactive, self-driven marketing execution with measurable impact.
• Experience in trade and channel co-marketing, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams, local subsidiaries, and corporate communications.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with governmental, institutional, and industry stakeholders.
• Flexible, positive attitude with an entrepreneurial hands-on drive, thriving in a fast-paced, agile growth environment.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in marketing, PR, or lobbying engagement with national Ministries of Defence, NATO, or EU institutions.
• Knowledge of New Space, Earth observation, or synthetic aperture radar (SAR).
