We create richly layered environments for home and hospitality that are informed by a narrative approach. Current projects include restaurant, boutique hotel, and high-end residential renovation and new construction.

The Role

We’re looking for a lead Interior Designer to join our team to shepherd high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, experienced, driven designer who enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team, takes pride in their work, and has a great time doing it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-end residential + hospitality projects from concept through final installation, taking ownership of design and execution.
  • Develop interesting, layered, considered design concepts that can be clearly communicated and executed.
  • Produce sketches, 3D models, renderings, client-facing presentations, detailed construction documents, and clear procurement documentation and manage each of these from draft through execution.
  • Source materials, finishes, furnishings, and hardware and guide selections from  specification to successful installation.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring each project runs smoothly and with clear and timely communication.
  • Conduct site visits, handle day-to-day problem-solving, and make sure every detail is well-executed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an interior design environment, with a focus on high-end residential and / or hospitality
  • Proven ability to own a project from start to finish
  • Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar), InDesign, and Photoshop and proven skills in creating construction documents
  • A solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, codes, and standards
  • Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
  • Top-notch communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a proactive, high-vibe, go-getter mindset
  • Based in Austin or open to relocation (relocation support available for the right candidate)

Our Offering

  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package
  • A creative, flexible, and collaborative work environment
  • The ability to work on diverse and interesting projects where your ideas are not only heard but actually executed
  • Work-life balance in the best city in the world
