Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $110,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core engine systems including rendering, physics, animation, and tooling
- Optimise runtime performance across CPU, GPU, and memory

- Develop and improve editor tooling and content pipelines
- Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across the engine and games using it
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Partner with game teams on engine features and workflow improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years building production game engine or systems-level software
- Strong proficiency in C++ and modern graphics APIs (Vulkan, DirectX, Metal)
- Experience with one or more areas: rendering, physics, animation, audio, networking
- Familiarity with profiling, performance analysis, and optimisation
- Working knowledge of one or more major engines (Unreal, Unity, custom)
- Strong system design fundamentals
