About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Triaxa - FZCO. This is a full-time, office-based role based in the UAE, designed to support the HR department in daily operational activities. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and assisting with HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management is required to efficiently handle HR data and reporting tasks. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and work hours using appropriate HR systems and tools.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing payroll data, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leaves, and other relevant information for payroll processing.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain Excel trackers and reports to monitor HR activities, attendance, and other key HR metrics.
  • Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations, including organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and policy updates.
