The role
We are hiring our Founding Streaming Engineer — a senior engineer with strong real-time video and applied ML / AI
experience to build, scale, and operate the systems behind our live products. This is a hands-on role with high
autonomy, working directly with the founder and shaping the engineering foundation of the company.

• Design, build, and maintain real-time video streaming services in production.

• Integrate, deploy, and optimise ML / AI models in latency-sensitive environments.
• Build and operate LLM-driven and agent-based features.
• Operate and scale GPU-backed inference infrastructure.
• Own performance, reliability, and uptime of services you ship.
• Contribute to technical direction and engineering standards.
Required experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with real-time streaming protocols (WebRTC, RTMP, HLS, or similar).
• Experience deploying and operating ML / AI models in production, including on GPU infrastructure.

• Working knowledge of LLM-based applications and modern agent frameworks (tool use, orchestration, evals).
• Strong Python; comfortable in TypeScript / JavaScript when needed.
• Experience with cloud GPU environments (AWS, GCP, RunPod, Lambda Labs, or similar).
• Experience with FFmpeg, GStreamer, or comparable video processing tooling.
• Familiarity with CUDA, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
• Track record of owning production systems end-to-end.
Nice to have
• Experience with LiveKit, Pion, mediasoup, or similar WebRTC / SFU frameworks.
• Open-source contributions in real-time video, ML inference, or agent ecosystems.
