  • Role: QA Automation Software Engineer (Remote)
  • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
  • Payout: $30 - $80/hour


Role Overview:

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical applications for one of our clients, a global leader in the Technology industry. In a highly collaborative, remote environment, you will leverage your expertise in leading QA automation tools to strengthen testing processes and drive exceptional software outcomes. This contractor role involves working with a team to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman to support robust test coverage across multiple platforms.

• Execute comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and identify root causes of defects to ensure high-quality software releases.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to clarify requirements and contribute to a shared quality vision.

• Continuously improve automation frameworks, test strategies, and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation frameworks and test environments.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in leading QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.

• Experience with test automation frameworks, test data management, and defect tracking tools.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
