Entry Level Fullstack Software Engineer (AI Focus, Remote)

• Role: Entry Level Software Lead (Remote)
• Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
• Payout: $180k - $250k /yr

Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer, New Grad (Zara), you will be part of a core team that contributes to the development of frontier AI models. You will work on building real products, designing and developing fullstack systems, and collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver value to users. This is a full-time role that requires overlap with the PST timezone for at least 6-8 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems powering core product workflows.

• Build backend services and APIs with guidance, focusing on clean, maintainable code.

• Develop user-facing features and interfaces that ship directly to real users.

• Support data modeling efforts and learn best practices for database performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with product researchers to ensure data-driven product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Strong understanding of fullstack development principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
