Summary:

As a Remote Recruiting Manager, you will lead high-volume recruitment operations, oversee screening teams, and ensure hiring targets are consistently met. You will manage performance metrics, optimize recruitment workflows, and collaborate with U.S.-based leadership to scale hiring processes. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or team leads looking to step into a leadership position within a fast-growing remote organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage and support a team of recruiters, screeners, and coordinators
  • Monitor key hiring metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and pipeline health
  • Implement and improve recruitment strategies to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality
  • Ensure team adherence to scripts, processes, and performance standards
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate performance reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement solutions
  • Maintain ATS/CRM data accuracy and reporting standards


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring operations
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and recruitment KPIs
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
