Role:
First Marketing Hire at A Fast Growing Health Tech Start Up
Expectations:

- Execute day-to-day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns
- Support the development of messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to help drive lead generation and engagement
- Assist in launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements where needed
- Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Help organise and support events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing efforts

Requirements:
Â
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data-driven approaches
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

Competitive NYC Compensation:
- This role offers a highly competitive NYC salary in the $110,000–$130,000 range, calibrated to reflect experience, seniority, and the level of ownership you’ll take on as part of the early team. We benchmark against top-tier startups and established tech companies to ensure our compensation is both fair and compelling.
