  • Job Summary: This role works on the planning and implementation of multiregional ecommerce marketing campaigns across the email and mobile channels.

What you’ll do

  • Own channel engagement goals by delivering results through audience segmentation, strategic content planning, A/B testing, and campaign orchestration.
  • Lead campaign reporting and analysis, surfacing key insights to stakeholders and campaign partners to ensure broader alignment on program direction and progress to goals.
  • Create and maintain monthly cross-channel campaign calendars that drive organizational goals while balancing audience engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process: facilitate campaign creation, create audience segments, and set up deployments.
  • Partner with external vendors on creation and optimization of automated campaigns, maintaining strict standards when sharing confidential assets.
  • Partner with Digital Consumer Engagement team members to deliver cross-channel initiatives across all customer-facing digital platforms (social, streaming, community, etc.)

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years in multivariate or multiregional campaign management, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget.
  • Strong knowledge of email and mobile marketing best practices.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably.
  • Expertise with project management software such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $86,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year. The full range is $86,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
