At Osolot, we are looking for a UiPath RPA Architect to join a high-impact project in the U.S. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, with strong architecture experience and the ability to work closely with clients to design and deliver scalable automation solutions.
⚠️ This opportunity includes a relocation process to the U.S. (not immediate – typically 3–6 months).
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Architect and build UiPath-based automation solutions aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements (PDD) into technical design documents (SDD/SSD)
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, data interfaces, and connectors
- Monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions to clients
- Support post-implementation activities, including maintenance and enhancements
- Contribute to documentation (WBS, PDD, SDD) and best practices

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience with UiPath (mandatory)
- Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Strong understanding or exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven automation
- Proven experience leading teams and working in client-facing roles
- Solid knowledge of:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
