Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling inconsistencies and errors.
· Maintaining vendor PR/PO records and alert the manager when funds are needed o ensure timely payments.
· Administer temporary visa (H1B, L1, TN, O1, etc.) extensions and amendments following internal procedures.
· Coordinate and gather details necessary for U.S. invitation letters. Draft and distribute letters for signing.
· Conduct and oversee global transfers of existing employees worldwide. Assist with the onboarding process for international employees deployed to the US. Provide support to regional transfers in APAC and EMEA.

· Serve as a point of contact for employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners regarding general immigration and relocation inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information and support escalating to the Immigration and Global Mobility team, if needed.
· Post legal notices (LCA & PERM) both electronically and physically as well as coordinate postings at other office locations.
· Support special projects and initiatives within the Immigration and Global Mobility team and crossfunctionally including reporting, FAQ generation, etc.
· Ensure compliance with privacy and immigration laws and regulations by safeguarding employee sensitive information and confidential corporate intellectual property.
· Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Experience in corporate immigration and global mobility services with an emphasis in temporary work visas (H1B, L1, TN, O1, etc.).
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
· Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, data validation, and summarization with pivot tables
· Proficiency with HR systems (Workday), case management ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and AI tools (Copilot, Claude)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
