Senior Infrastructure Engineer (IAM & Automation)
We’re looking for an experienced infrastructure engineer to serve as a key technical owner across Identity & Access Management, automation, and Microsoft cloud administration. This role will play a critical part in designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise identity lifecycle workflows while partnering closely with Security, HR, Infrastructure, Recruiting, and business leadership teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the lead engineer and platform owner for the organization’s IAM ecosystem, with a strong focus on Okta, lifecycle management, and automation
- Manage and support identity and access controls across Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Build and maintain PowerShell automation scripts, Azure Automation runbooks, and workflow automations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle workflows integrated with HRIS platforms
- Configure and maintain SSO, SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access management solutions
- Support M365 administration, including Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive, and related identity services
- Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, synchronization, and access-related issues across enterprise applications
- Design and improve end-to-end joiner/mover/leaver workflows across HRIS, Active Directory, Okta, and business systems
- Maintain documentation, reporting, standards, and monitoring related to IAM and automation initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Infrastructure, User Support, HR, Recruiting, and business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- Advanced/expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Strong experience with Azure Automation and Microsoft Graph
- 5+ years supporting Okta or comparable IAM platforms
- 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding automation and HRIS-driven lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity federation, and privileged access management
- Experience supporting identity synchronization, attribute mappings, and Entra Connect
- Familiarity with SQL databases and structured data sources supporting automation workflows
- Experience with Netwrix Directory Manager or similar tools is highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer service skills
