BeaconFire is looking for a Python Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable web applications and modern AI-driven systems. This role involves working on cutting-edge RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and agentic workflows.
💻 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality web applications using Python, Flask, Django
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, grounding)
• Develop agentic workflows (tool use, planning, guardrails, structured outputs)

• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
• Perform testing and ensure application reliability

✅ Required Skills
• Strong experience with Python (Python3)
