Role & ResponsibilitiesYour mission is two-fold. First, you are the Ops Architect: you will set up and run the HR infrastructure for our international entities (payroll, benefits, compliance). Second, you are the Business Partner: you will coach local Country Managers, drive performance, and ensure the "Naboo Life" translates across borders without losing its soul.
